In a daring daylight robbery, three unidentified men armed with knives and iron rods looted a private bank branch located in a busy commercial area on Monday afternoon. According to police sources, the accused entered the bank posing as customers and suddenly threatened staff and visitors, forcing them to hand over cash from the counters.
The robbery lasted less than ten minutes, during which the suspects managed to escape with an estimated ₹18 lakh. No serious injuries were reported, though several customers were left traumatized. CCTV footage has been collected, and special police teams have been formed to track down the suspects. Authorities have urged the public to share any information that may help the investigation.
